When and how should I take Yogurshot for the best results?
Take Yogurshot once daily - Open the cap and take two tablets with the liquid contents of the bottle. You may drink water if needed.
If you have a sensitive stomach, it is recommended to take it after a meal.
How long does it typically take to experience the benefits of Yogurshot?
Depending on the individual, some may notice relief from indigestion, bloating, or constipation within just a few hours, while overall gut health improvements can take up to three months.
For lasting results, we recommend taking Yogurshot daily for at least three months to provide sufficient time for your microbiota adjust.
Who should exercise caution when taking Yogurshot?
Individuals with food allergies or intolerances are advised to check the full ingredient list before consumption to ensure no allergic reactions occur.
Is it safe to take Yogurshot alongside other supplements?
If you have any medical conditions, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional before taking Yogurshot.
Green tea extract in Yogurshot may interfere with iron absorption. If you are taking iron supplements, we recommend spacing them at least 2 hours apart.
Additionally, ginger extract in Yogurshot has natural blood-thinning properties. If you are taking anticoagulant medications, it is advisable to consult with a healthcare professional before taking Yogurshot.
After taking Yogurshot, I have noticed increased bowel movements and gas. Is this normal?
In some individuals, certain ingredients such as enzyme components, indigestible maltodextrin, and prune concentrate may cause these symptoms. These effects typically improve after a few days as your body adjusts.
However, if severe symptoms persist for several days, it is recommended to discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
Since Yogurshot contains probiotics, does it need to be refrigerated to maintain its effectiveness?
There is no need to refrigerate Yogurshot. To maintain product viability, store it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, high temperatures, and humidity.
Orders & Shipments
When will I receive my order?
Orders are typically processed and delivered within 3 to 4 working days after payment confirmation. We currently offer tracked delivery on all orders. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. You'll be able to see the final shipping fee before completing your purchase.
Do you ship internationally?
We're working on it! At the moment, we only ship within Singapore. But hang tight for updates - international shipping is in the works!

What is your return and refund policy?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at switchvita.sg@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect product.
As our products are sealed consumables, we are unable to accept returns of any opened or unsealed items due to hygiene and safety reasons. That being said, your satisfaction and feedback mean everything to us - please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you are facing any issues with your order, and we will try our best to offer you a solution!
